Who should I contact and when?

If you run into a problem that you cannot solve on your own, you will probably need to contact someone: either the client, or the TextMaster team.

The client

If your problem relates to the content you are writing or translating, you can contact the client directly via the task concerned. For quality monitoring purposes, we encourage clients and writers/translators to communicate as much as possible, but only through TextMaster's discussion forum. Please do not share your contact details (telephone number, email or Skype ID) with a client.

The TextMaster team

If you run into a problem that cannot be resolved simply by discussing it with the client, the TextMaster team is on hand to assist you from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. You can contact a member of the TextMaster team by email, writing directly to the Project Manager who offered you the project. Our project managers can also be reached by telephone at +33 (0)1 88 45 01 12 during office hours.

If you do not know which Project Manager is responsible for the project in question, you can write to support@textmaster.com, explaining your problem.
